How to have your data deleted
- If you connected Facebook or Instagram to this Service: open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find "moneyshot research" or this Service, and remove it. Your access token is invalidated at once and the data linked to it is deleted within 30 days.
- If you are a service user: email yeonoo8177@naver.com from your sign-in address with the subject "Delete my data". We delete your account, photos and records within 30 days and confirm by email.
- If your public Instagram or YouTube account appears in our research: email yeonoo8177@naver.com with the account name. We remove the stored numbers, links and analysis for that account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Every request receives a confirmation email with a reference number and, when finished, a completion notice. If we cannot delete something because the law requires us to keep it, we tell you what and why.
1. Meta(Facebook·Instagram)를 연결한 경우
Facebook 설정 → ‘앱 및 웹사이트’에서 이 서비스(또는 ‘moneyshot research’)를 삭제하면 연결이 끊깁니다. 저장된 접근 토큰은 즉시 무효화되고, 그 연결로 받은 자료는 30일 안에 삭제됩니다.
2. 서비스 이용자(업체·팀원·초대 고객)
로그인에 쓰는 이메일로 yeonoo8177@naver.com에 ‘내 데이터 삭제’ 제목의 메일을 보내 주세요. 계정, 사진, 현장 기록, 제작·게시 이력을 30일 안에 삭제하고 메일로 알려 드립니다. 법령이 보관을 요구하는 기록은 그 기간 뒤 삭제합니다.
3. 공개 SNS 계정 운영자
자신의 Instagram·YouTube 계정이 이 서비스의 리서치 자료에 들어 있는 것을 원치 않으면 계정 이름과 함께 yeonoo8177@naver.com로 알려 주세요. 해당 계정의 저장된 수치·링크·분석 태그를 30일 안에 지우고, 이후 수집 대상에서 제외합니다.
4. 처리 절차
- 요청을 받으면 접수 번호가 적힌 확인 메일을 보냅니다.
- 요청자가 본인인지 확인한 뒤 30일 안에 삭제합니다.
- 완료되면 완료 메일을 보냅니다. 법령 때문에 지울 수 없는 항목이 있으면 무엇을 왜 남기는지 함께 알립니다.
